Nick Milijasevic and Dee Nep have been together designing homes since 1991.  Nick was born and raised in Yugoslavia.  With two degrees in Engineering, he decided to come to America in 1986 and pursue his dream of building fine homes.

As the son of an expert Europeon craftsman, Nick developed his talents with his father for many years.  After coming to America, he studied the codes of home building and tried it out first hand by doing smaller remodeling projects. 

He has now reached the level of a quality Custom Estate Home Builder over the years,  and pursues that avenue on a daily basis working 6, sometimes 7 days a week on his projects. However, Nick will never take on more than 2 or 3 projects at one time to ensure his availability, expertise and daily input on each home.

Although he is able to buld a home literally from scratch, 100% on his own, he now works with a dedicated crew on his homes.  But rest assured that Nick is on-site on a daily basis to oversee every detail as well as physically taking an active part in many stages of the building process.
